Hiroshi Ooki

The road from Ogiura leads into the mountains to the salt factory, where almost everything is done by hand. Water drawn from the sea is placed in salt pans and boiled down over the course of a day. Hiroshi extracts about 40 kilograms of salt every day from the dregs.
